What do you have to say about the indirect harm you do to an entire nation if you hurt your body severely enough to warrant the state investing taxpayers money in your healthcare in order to keep you alive? In a welfare state such as exists in most western democracies (with the notable exception of the US) the argument of the victimless crime doesnt really work, your harming everyone even if it is only through costing taxpayers their money...
